Shipping Policy – Melanie Lewendon Academy

We only ship EduMats (educational practice mats) that support our courses. All other courses and resources are provided digitally.

Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping is available to all UK addresses.

  • All items are sent via Royal Mail or a reputable courier.

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days once dispatched.

Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g. postal strikes, courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events).
