Thank you for choosing to train with Melanie Lewendon Academy! 💕 We’re committed to providing high-quality courses and resources, and we want you to be confident in your purchase.

Please read the following carefully:


Digital Products & Online Courses

  • All of our online courses provide immediate access to digital training materials upon purchase.

  • Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), digital products are normally subject to a 14-day cooling-off period.

  • However, by purchasing and accessing your course immediately, you agree to waive this right.

  • This means no refunds can be given once access has been granted, unless the course is defective or not as described.


Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only available if the digital product is proven to be faulty, inaccessible due to a technical issue we cannot resolve, or not as described.

  • Change of mind or failure to complete the course is not grounds for a refund.


How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please email studentcare@melanielewendonacademy.co.uk within 14 days of purchase, including:

  • Your order number

  • The course name

  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.


In-Person Courses

Refunds are not available once an in-person course is booked. Rescheduling options are available depending on whether you booked a 1-to-1 or class format (please see our Terms & Conditions for full details).
