Please read the following carefully:
Digital Products & Online Courses

All of our online courses provide immediate access to digital training materials upon purchase.

Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), digital products are normally subject to a 14-day cooling-off period.

However, by purchasing and accessing your course immediately, you agree to waive this right.

This means no refunds can be given once access has been granted, unless the course is defective or not as described.
Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available if the digital product is proven to be faulty, inaccessible due to a technical issue we cannot resolve, or not as described.

Change of mind or failure to complete the course is not grounds for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please email studentcare@melanielewendonacademy.co.uk within 14 days of purchase, including:

A brief explanation of the issue
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
In-Person Courses
Refunds are not available once an in-person course is booked. Rescheduling options are available depending on whether you booked a 1-to-1 or class format (please see our Terms & Conditions for full details).
